Do I need a referral from my GP to book an appointment?
No, you can book an appointment directly with Women First Healthcare. However, we will ask for consent to contact your GP to ensure continuity of care when necessary.
How much does a consultation cost?
Our consultation fees vary depending on the service. Please visit the pricing page or contact us directly for more information.
What can I expect from my first session, and how should I prepare?
During your first session, we'll take the time to understand your medical history, current concerns, and health goals. To prepare, we recommend bringing a list of your current medications, relevant medical history, and any questions you'd like to discuss. Please have photo ID ready, this is required for all first appointments.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment directly through our website or via our contact form.
Are appointments online or in-person?
All of our appointments are online through our secure online video platform from your preferred location, with telephone consultations available when needed. Ensuring accessible, flexible, and convenient care.
Is my information confidential?
Yes, all your information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. We adhere to strict data protection standards and will only share your details with your consent when necessary for your care.
What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Contact details and policies are outlined in your booking confirmation.
Where can I find your terms, privacy policy, and other legal documents?
You can view and download all of our policies and legal documents on our Policy Documents page. This includes our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, fee information, cancellation policies, and other important documents that govern our services.

I am not sure who to book with?
This is common and exactly why we wanted to provide a multidisciplinary service. Please get in touch and we will guide you to the right clinician. If your care would benefit from input from others, we can arrange that too.
